Become a member of the Lycos technology team responsible for new product development. You will be an integral member of the Search Innovations team with responsibility for building the next generation of search products.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• The ideal candidate has career experience working in the field of Information Retrieval.
• Must have experience programming for large-scale, high performance distributed applications.
• Must have experience with various internet protocols.
• Must have a history of demonstrating initiative.
• Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Must have a minimum of BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have significant programming experience in a variety of languages including C/C++ and Perl on some flavor of Unix.
