NEW YORK, Jan. 18 (GenomeWeb News) - OmniViz will integrate its OmniViz drug-discovery and genomics-visualization software with Infocom's Auto Net Finder software for extracting genetic networks from gene expression data, OmniViz said today.

According to OmniViz, the integration will enable a genetic network from Auto Net Finder to be viewed within the context of other OmniViz visualizations, including analysis of relevant literature and patents.

As part of the deal, Maynard, Mass.-based OmniViz will also distribute the integrated version of Auto Net Finder, it said. Last year, OmniViz named Tokyo-based Infocom as the Japanese distributor for its software.
