Data Mining VI: Data Mining, Text Mining and their Business Applications

Billerica, MA. - WIT Press has just published the proceedings of the Sixth International Conference on Data Mining, held in Skiathos, Greece, May 25-27 of this year. Data Mining VI: Data Mining, Text Mining and their Business Applications contains over 50 papers presented at the conference. The papers discuss recent advances in data mining problems, encompassing both original research results and practical development experience. Contributions from academia and industry, covering such diverse areas as machine learning, databases, statistics, knowledge acquisitions, data visualization and knowledge-based systems, are included.
