Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and manage data driven statistical modeling projects for leading domestic and international financial institutions
• Lead the analytic components of the modeling project, making key analytic decisions including modeling approach, data integrity, population segmentation, model review and result presentation.
• Supervise a team of project analysts to ensure the quality and on-time delivery.
• Frequent communication with the client to ensure the client's business objective and expectations are reflected in the model design. Clearly communicate with the client on the project progress and relay any risk or issues impacting the project delivery.
• Identify new tools and process improvement opportunities and clearly translate the idea to a manageable and achievable scale.
• Strong knowledge of new modeling technology, industry best practice and market trend.

• Minimum 3 years direct working experience with statistical modeling, optimization or other quantitative analysis fields using SAS programming.
• MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or other related areas.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong skills to interact with both clients and all levels of management within the organization
• Strong logical and analytic skills to apply statistical analysis to solve business problems.
