This is an exciting, intellectually challenging opportunity for an
analytical consultant who has a passion and skill for generating
actionable and predictive insights into consumer behavior using
behavioral and attitudinal data. As a Client Service Director within
our Financial Services practice, you will have primary responsibility
for managing the relationship with one of comScore�s largest
clients, a global leader in the financial services industry. You will
be responsible for analyzing comScore�s extensive proprietary
databases on consumer behavior and developing vital insights that will
be used in making business decisions across a wide variety of consumer
industries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support comScore�s mission through a range of consulting,
analytic and client management functions. You will be responsible for
initiating, developing and delivering comScore�s unique analysis
and research services to our largest client within the financial
services industry. You will be able to:
- Leverage analytical excellence, comScore�s proprietary databases and a thorough understanding of online consumer behavior to identify, develop and deliver valuable insight into consumer trends across a wide variety of industries.
- Translate your analyses into conclusions regarding the future performance of companies and industry sectors
- Maximize the potential of comScore�s unique capabilities within the client�s organization through the development of strong personal relationships.
- Contribute to the design and development of new analytical and consulting capabilities.
- Exemplify comScore�s tradition of analytical client service excellence and industry leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor�s degree and 7-10 years� professional experience, or advanced degree and 5-7 years� professional experience, ideally within the market research industry.
- A high intellect individual who combines analytical excellence, communication skills and an ability to build strong client relationships
- Extensive experience with data-intensive analysis and consulting, including primary and syndicated market research focused on analyzing consumer data. Strong modeling skills and experience with large relational databases essential. Practical time series forecasting experience very useful.
- Flexibility and ability to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements.
- Must be expert in all Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable about the Internet. SQL programming skills a distinct advantage.
