The Marketing Optimization & Segmentation Manager will be tasked with driving online customer acquisitions by delivering the right message to the right person at the right time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather, analyze and interpret a wide variety of data to understand and draw conclusions about marketing audience, offers, online segments
  • Identify key actions, behavioral triggers, or additional segmentation criteria that will serve as the foundation for new marketing programs
  • Manage optimization test plans in terms of setting milestones, managing expectations and meeting deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for the presentation of program/campaign metrics and make recommendations for ongoing improvement/optimization
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Individual should also possess strong quantitative skills, familiarity with databases, and an understanding of business analytics
  • 5-7 years of successful experience in direct marketing analysis and targeting with a specific emphasis on internet based customer acquisition
  • In depth understanding of data management for campaign planning, targeting and performance management for interactive media campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of marketing and database marketing principles. Experience with campaign design and execution, including segmentation, measurement and analysis
