We currently have an opportunity for experienced Technical Production Analyst in our Business Intelligence and Analytics Department.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working in concert with the development team, monitor and maintain the production environment supporting business intelligence processing and information delivery systems; ensuring server and applications meet critical up-time requirements and on-time delivery of production processes. This includes: Ensuring production environment is stable, functioning and available within prescribed time periods.
• Ensuring production processes meet critical timelines, troubleshooting, escalation and management of critical issues.
• Communication with the user base and addressing user related issues (user access, training, communication).
• On-call support, planning for integration of new development, software, features and/or data.
• Testing and implementation of changes, additions or enhancements to the production environment.
• Maintain data quality and integrity.
• Performance tuning and optimization; Monitoring critical dependencies; Coordinating with data providers, server and OS support teams.
• Acting as main contact for technical production issues (hardware, software, network).
• Manage and run the automated test suite.
• Incumbent will partner with different business units to ensure proactive handling of production issues.

• Experience working with OLP, OLAP, and datawarehouse databases, ETL/data warehousing experience, SQL Server 2000/2005 (DB Design, SQL, T-SQL, P-SQL administration).
• Experience with data quality, quality control, production support experience, project management skills.
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit; Strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills.
• Must be well organized an efficient and have the ability to multi task in a changing environment.

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry, SSIS, Windows 2000/2003 Server.
• Performance monitoring; SQL tuning/optimization; Server hardware tuning/optimization.
• Visual Studio, testing experience (UAT regressing) C# or .net development is highly preferred.
