We seek a motivated analyst to help our customers realize the full potential of our tool and enable them to derive maximum benefit. This role involves understanding business challenges and creatively designing analyses and strategy to address them. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing dynamic small company while making a difference at our prestigious blue-chip clients.

The primary opportunity is in the analysis of retailer transactional data (from numerous perspectives including loyalty marketing and merchandising). However, there is opportunity to expand to other projects in other market sectors as well (e.g. fixed-income and equity finance). Experience in the retail/CPG space is a benefit but not a requirement. Most important is the analytical mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills:

• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Experience in retail analytics is a plus
• Programming experience a plus
• Database development experience a plus

• Meet with senior management to understand their business objectives
• Design reports and analyses
• Presentation of results
• Assist management in developing strategic initiatives
• Assist with user training
• Assist with overall project management
