Aim and scope

The Journal of Computational Intelligent in Bioinformatics (JCIB) is
an international research journal, which publishes articles describing
recent cutting-edge contributions in all fields of bioinformatics and
computational biology. New development of computational intelligence
theories and applications in bioinformatics is the key features of
JCIB.

JCIB welcomes research papers in all areas of bioinformatics,
computational biology, biomedical data mining and knowledge
discoveries. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
computational molecular biology, computational genomics and
comparative genomics, structural and functional genomics, sequence
alignment and comparison, gene expression and regulation, protein
structure prediction, protein functional analysis, computational
proteomics, systems biology, metabolic pathway engineering and all
areas of computational applications in biology and medicine. Advances
in these fields have direct applications in health care, medicine,
genetics, agriculture, renewable energy, and environmental protection
etc. JCIB is aimed to promote computational research in all areas of
biological, agricultural, pharmaceutical and medical sciences. JCIB
publishes research and review articles in all areas of bioinformatics,
medical informatics and computational biology. JCIB provides
information on the latest advances, developments and trends and
welcomes submissions of research papers in all computational areas
relating to human health, biology, pharmacy, agricultural and medical
sciences.
