We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in search and data classification technology and methods. The candidate will have the opportunity to extend EED�s reputation for innovation by driving the creation of market leading search and data classification products and services that address the enormous challenges posed by the exploding volume of electronic information that is subject to electronic discovery and review.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating business and market requirements into product strategies and feature sets to implement new offerings and manage the roadmap for this feature area.
• Evaluating third-party technology and guiding the analysis leading to build versus buy decisions.
• Actively engage software development to specify and design complex features, ensuring the creation of development and test plans to produce high quality products on committed timelines.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions to ensure delivery of innovative and differentiated products and services that delight customers.
• Work with product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, driving product positioning and key product benefit messaging through target customer communication.
• Act as an internal and external evangelist for your product offering, providing subject matter expertise in training programs and occasionally working with executive management and sales to present to key clients and prospects.
