are quite clear:

51% are against Microsoft buying Yahoo, while only 27% are in favor.

Some of those in favor want Microsoft to buy Yahoo because they think it will weaken Microsoft.

Yahoo officially rejected Microsoft offer on Feb 12, 2008.
