A Fortune 500 company and global leader in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, and animal healthcare products seeks a Manager, Marketing Analytics for its suburban Philadelphia office. This position fills a crucial need in the company by providing analytics for estimating the impact of marketing and selling initiatives and for comparing the benefit with the costs so that the best investment decisions can be made.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts statistical analysis activities to estimate the impact of the promotion on sales or other measure of performance (e.g., compliance and persistency) and compares the promotion impact to the cost of the investment. Engages the organization, fosters teamwork, facilitates constructive discussion, recognizes contributions, seeks out others input and incorporates them as appropriate, and proactively shares ideas and information.
• Works with Directors and business unit stake holders to define important marketing and selling promotions that must be evaluated for impact and return on investment. Must have a good understanding of the industry and operations of the Wyeth commercial organization. Must be technically proficient.
• Contributes to improving the process for conducting promotion response and ROI analyses.

• 2+ years of work experience doing statistical modeling work with large data sets
• Strong SAS programming and analytical skills
• Pharma experience is a plus, but is not required
• Solid communication skills are important.
• Masters degree in a quantitative field.
