Belfast, UK A postdoctoral research position is available in the Computational Biology and Machine Learning group at Queen’s University Belfast (UK). The Computational Biology and Machine Learning group is in the Center for Cancer Research and Cell Biology and studies molecular biological questions on a pathway level by designing and developing computational and statistical methods. We are especially interested in network based analysis. Strong programming skills in a Linux environment such as R/python/C and a solid mathematical background. Experience with the analysis of micorarray data, gene networks and gene ontology is desirable.
