We are currently looking for a Director of Ad Selection Modeling candidate:

Position Summary:
The Director of Ad Targeting Technology will manage a team of scientists and engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance Turn's advanced ad selection core technology. Reporting to the CTO, this position should provide key technical and business guidance to the team, and provide ad selection related guidance to the product, client services, sales and marketing groups. The candidate must be able to manage the technical team and complex projects.

• Provide support to product implementation that maximizes profitability and efficiency
• Lead analytical research and development to improve modeling techniques and results

• Graduate level college degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience in software engineering, Java, and distributed software systems
• Basic knowledge and experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, optimization and control theory
• Online display advertising or sponsored search experience
