Responsibilities:

• Support / development of business / customer facing production application
• Package implementation (configuration, customization)
• Vendor management
• IT budgeting and planning
• IT project work plan development
• Technology platform transition
• Global view toward software development work
• Business analysis (process documentation, redesign)
• Systems security expertise
• Systems integration
• Application change control
• Systems enhancement request prioritization/release management
• Accustomed to working with non-technical senior management and board of directors
• Baseline support (applications/O&I)

• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Database design and architecture
• Production systems management
• PHP
• MySQL
• Linux
• Source code management and control (SVN)

• Ten years or more work experience as an executive leader and application development and application project management for commercial software
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
• Built & Managed team of 15-50 technical staff
• Successful implementation of high-traffic large scale web applications, including project scoping, requirements definition, systems design, development, testing, rollout and training; delivered on-time
• Experience managing a data center
• Expertise in hardware and software procurement
