Job Description:
Resonate Networks, a dynamic online advertising network start-up, is seeking a Statistician. This position will be a critical role in the success of Resonate Networks. This person will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources in order to enhance and develop Resonate’s unique online ad targeting algorithms for its public affairs, political, and corporate customers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical analyses that increase the efficacy of Resonate Networks’ online campaigns
• Develop and implement cutting edge online advertising targeting algorithms
• Design and implement analyses that incorporate custom survey results, web behavior data, campaign performance metrics and information from public databases

• Extensive experience in a wide variety of statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with statistical software (such as SAS or SPSS) required.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational database design and methods for efficiently retrieving data from them.
• Experience in online advertising analytics, behavioral targeting, online marketing analysis or web analytics required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience analyzing survey data desired.
• 5-10 years professional experience.
• Must be able to maintain a "Big Picture" perspective.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Must have entrepreneurial spirit and drive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Masters’ Degree in statistics, econometrics or related field. Ph.D. preferred.
