Responsibilities: 
     Works closely with the client's senior marketing
     professionals to understand the client's marketing environment
     and identify significant business opportunities to be addressed
     by a Customer Relationship Management System.
     
     Be a thought partner/consultant to business managers and
     translate analytical findings into specific marketing strategies.
     
     Ability to effectively communicate analytic results to clients
     and internal teams.  
     Experience/aptitude with facilitating client meetings and training sessions.

Requirements: Technical Skills 

     Strong SAS background including SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/Stat, SAS/OR, SAS/IML,
      and SAS/Spectraview. SAS/Access and SAS/Connect a plus 
     CART or ChAID decision tree applications 
     Neural Net experience (Neural Ware ProII+) a plus 
     Experience with SQL and relational database structures a plus 

Quantitative Background 

     Focus on secondary research 
     Must have a thorough working knowledge of analytic techniques, and experience 
     applying analytic techniques to solve marketing challenges. 
     Experience/aptitude to work with cross-functional teams to aid in development 
     of CRM solutions. 
     Responsible for delivering high-end analytic work focusing on data mining, 
     prediction and classification of marketing problems. 

Marketing Background 

     Knowledge of marketing strategies in specific industries 
     Understanding of how quantitative techniques can be leveraged to solve marketing problems
     Responsible for business cases, and benefit quantification 

Education/Experience 
  Bachelor degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, 
  Physics, etc) 
  Master's degree preferred 
  2-5 years of experience in using quantitative techniques to solve marketing problems.

Location

This position exists in our Wakefield office. 
Wakefield is 15 minutes north of Boston, 20 minutes to the
airport, conveniently located on Route 128. 

Compensation:

Compensation will represent an equity position in the company. Base
salary with an Incentive Program tied to revenue, intellectual capital
growth objectives, and measured client satisfaction with deliverables.
