Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Translation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and marketing
processes into information and capability requirements: data warehouses/marts,
decision support, analytic, campaign management, and customer touch-point
tools/applications.
Validate design against requirements to ensure the implemented solution supports
clients' marketing activities.
Work with clients and Tessera project teams to integrate capabilities in client
environment. Provide ongoing user support and guidance to help clients
leverage implemented capabilities.
Requirements:
BS Degree; Master desirable
Strong communication skills
Minimum 2 years database marketing or consulting in database marketing environment
Extensive knowledge of database marketing/CRM applications through integration as consultant or through
daily use in marketing environment:
Data warehouse/marts
Analytic: (e.g., SAS, Enterprise Miner, SPSS, Intelligent Miner, etc.)
Campaign management (e.g. ValEx, Prime Vantage, Paradigm, etc.)
Decision Support (e.g. Cognos, Sagent, DSS Agent, Business Objects, etc.)
Sales Force Automation (e.g., Siebel, )
In-depth knowledge of user capabilities and how to apply them effectively as part of CRM solution

Location
This position exists in our Wakefield office.
Wakefield is 15 minutes north of Boston, 20 minutes to the
airport, conveniently located on Route 128.
Compensation:
Compensation will represent an equity position in the company. Base
salary with an Incentive Program tied to revenue, intellectual capital
growth objectives, and measured client satisfaction with deliverables.
