in Boston, San Francisco, and Frankfurt.  Serving many of the world's
largest multi-national companies we create Enterprise Relationship

We are 4yrs old, profitable, privately held and a pre-IPO stage
organization with impressive VC backing.  The founders are visionaries
in the field who began this venture after many years in leadership
roles with Epsilon.

Location
This position exists in our Wakefield office.  Wakefield is 15 minutes
north of Boston, 20 minutes to the airport, conveniently located on
Route 128.

Responsibilities:
Our Strategic Training Consultant works in the area of customer readiness to 
insure high quality, onsite delivery of training and knowledge transfer for our 
clients.  In this role the successful candidate is responsible for all aspects of 
courseware development, with a high degree of repeatability and flexibility for on-
going use with a diverse range of Fortune 100 clients.  In the delivery of these 
training programs, the Training Consultant is striving to insure our clients 
understand and possess the internal capability to implement the database 
solutions we deliver.  Post implementation of the solution would include ability to 
translate the vision and strategy, ability to use the tools, 
understand the results and make necessary changes to the internal client 
business processes to derive maximum benefit from the solution.  
 
Critical Skills and Requirements: 
? 7-10 years experience as a Trainer and Courseware Developer, with and 
understanding of database marketing technology.
? Excellent platform delivery skills
? Outstanding business communication, training facilitation, and client management 
skills.
? Specific experience in developing and/or delivering topics around change 
management, business process re-engineering or database marketing.
? Understanding and passion for  Adult learning principles and courseware 
development methodology.
? Desire for moderate travel in the range of 30%.

Compensation:
Compensation will represent an equity position in the
company. Competitive Base Salary with an Incentive Program of up to
15% of total compensation, tied to the achievement of high quality
client deliverables, and revenue objectives of the organization.
