Gregory, After reading Beverly Stockstill's recent letter (KDN 99:21), Eric Apps' response (KDN 99:22) and the underlying Gartner report, I must confess that I do not undertand Apps' complaints about "cheap shots". Gartner categorizes Angoss as a "niche player", with limited vision and limited ability to execute; Mr. Apps is free to disagree with this assessment, but to cite the report as evidence of leadership stretches the truth beyond the limit of acceptable "spin".
