Analytics, Inc. today announced a merger of the two companies. The new
company, to be named Customer Analytics, Inc., will bring

with ActionSystems' EnAct™. By integrating the two
offerings, Customer Analytics
will be the first to provide customer-centric

CRM industry visionary Robert Hall and data mining and eRM expert Evangelos
Simoudis, Ph.D. will lead the new combined company.
Under the new structure, Robert Hall will be chairman and CEO,
and Evangelos Simoudis will be president.
