Database Architect - Will define research and development in the management and delivery of data stores that include structured and unstructured data, metadata, information, and knowledge. Will work in a team environment with scientists and engineers on advanced information management techniques. Will also interact with clients, to prepare research proposals, and to generate future research directions. Position requires a BS in Computer Science or related field with a strong computer background and 7 years related experience; advanced degree is preferred. A solid background and experience in database management is required; experience with data mining, data warehousing, and data marts desired. Salary range - $70K to $110K.
