Revenues from operations (software and services for statistics, data mining and predictive analysis) reached $4.6 million, representing 27 percent growth over the same quarter the prior year. Revenues from the sale of software licenses and subscriptions reached $3.2 million or 24 percent growth over the same quarter in 2000. Revenues from consulting services reached $1.4 million or 35 percent growth over the second quarter 2000. Second quarter net income from continuing operations amounted to $422,000 or 4 cents per share, on a fully diluted basis. This represents a 44 percent increase over the second quarter 2000 for continued operations and 2 cents per share better than the previous quarter. June year-to-date revenues from continuing operations reached $8.8 million representing 22 percent growth over the first six months in 2000. Year-to-date diluted earnings per share for continued operations reached 5 cents per share as compared to 6 cents per share for the same period last year.
