LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 2, 2001--3DV8 Inc.  entered into a
development partnership agreement with SPSS Inc. (Nasdaq:SPSS) to
develop visualization data mining solutions for its Clementine line of
products.  Under the terms of the agreement, 3DV8 has agreed to
develop visual workflow interfaces as integrated, add-on solutions to
the SPSS flagship Clementine product line. SPSS will promote the 3DV8
product and company in its marketing materials, news releases and
trade events. Likewise 3DV8 will provide marketing opportunities to
SPSS' Clementine product.
