Revenues for the fourth quarter 2001 were $49.6 million, a 7% sequential increase from the $46.5 million reported in the third quarter of 2001 and a 3% decrease from the $51.4 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2000. Pro forma net loss for the fourth quarter was $1.5 million or $0.02 per share compared to a pro forma net loss of $7.6 million or $0.10 per share reported in the third quarter of 2001 and pro forma net income of $5.0 million or $0.06 per diluted share reported in the fourth quarter of 2000. Revenues for the fiscal year 2001 were $197.4 million, a 28% increase in revenues over the $154.1 million reported for fiscal year 2000. Pro forma net loss per share for fiscal year 2001 was $4.5 million or $0.06 per share compared to pro forma net income of $10.8 million or $0.13 per diluted share reported for fiscal year 2000. On a GAAP basis, the net loss for fiscal year 2001 was $45.0 million or $0.58 per share compared to a net loss of $13.5 million or $0.19 per share for fiscal year 2000.
