Position/Duties: The Enterprise Development and Analysis team is looking for an energetic, self directed candidate with strong technical skills to join the team as a Data Mining Analyst with a primary focus on the support of data mining and advanced analytics. The team supports the analytic needs of a variety of organizations at T- Mobile, with responsibilities including ad hoc requests, monthly reporting, statistical modeling, and data mining. The primary responsibility of this position is working with the business to understand their needs and to use those requirements to conduct appropriate data analysis and deliver results in a user- friendly format. The position also entails some recurring analysis and the automation of such processes using SAS and other in- house data mining tools. While the initial role of this position will focus mainly on ad hoc reporting and recurring analyses, it has significant potential for responsibilities to migrate into data mining and statistical modeling.
