A highly strategic position accountable for maintaining and improving the overall performance of our Automated Valuation Model. You will be responsible for testing, analysis, working with databases, putting pen to paper to test theories through number crunching on a daily basis, designing analytics for the engine, and managing major projects.

The AVM Modeler Developer will work in one of our fastest growing and most high profile units, which is a unit that provides a suite of tools for companies that are engaged in servicing mortgage loan portfolios to help them speed transactions and eliminate risk.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in statistical modeling theory with a strong understanding of the science behind AVM model development.
• Fluent with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Programming experience in Java and C++.
• Knowledge/experience in the real estate information market specifically.
