At Merkle, a Senior Manager ensures timely delivery of data, analytics and strategic consulting to support our client's database marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the client to create and articulate strategy and solutions linking to their objectives and desired outcomes.

You will also provide direction and manage the work process and output of a team of statisticians and business analysts while contributing to their career development as well as manage internal relationships with other Merkle business units.

• Predictive Statistical Models
• Customer Profiling
• Segmentation Analysis
• Survey Design and Analysis
• Data Analysis and Mining
• External Data Enhancement
• SAS programming skills are required
