Lead the technology and development of Oracle Personalization.<>As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the development, design and debugging of software applications and systems. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical skills in area of personalization, data mining, rule engines, Java/J2EE, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS degree in machine learning or related field
• Experience in the design and development of personalization software
• Solid software development and project leadership skills
• Competency with SQL, Java, and J2EE required
• Experience with association rules and naive bayes
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
