Vero Software Plc (AIM:VERO) has today announced that is has launched a new division -- Vero Insight. Created to focus on the rapidly expanding market for Business Intelligence (BI) software and related services, Vero Insight will market and deliver a comprehensive suite of Data Mining software applications and software toolkits alongside a range of services to manage delivery, installation, training, support, project management and consultancy.

To support its plan to grow both software and services revenue, the company has licensed development, support and distribution rights for Mineset(tm) - the real-time, 3D Visual Data Mining software from SGI (NASDAQ: SGIC). In addition to this, a team of former SGI Mineset software, services and sales staff will be joining forces with new employees to ensure the new Vero Insight division is running at full momentum immediately.
