ATRL, healthcare data
We have strict guidelines to maintain the privacy of individuals whose
healthcare data I analyze. I would never put it on Google or any system
outside our hospital network.

Part of the special privacy concern with Gmail is that to display
relevant ads they scan email content;
Yahoo or MSN do not display ads based on email content, at least so far.
