Boston  - April 3, 2001 - In response to the market need for better
integration between analytical and operational CRM systems, Quadstone
today announced a dedicated interface for WebTrends CommerceTrends as
part of the Quadstone Connector Program. The Quadstone Connector Program
extends Quadstone's open systems approach beyond call-level database
interfaces to provide specific integration to market leading CRM, BI,
Web, rules-based and personalization systems. Quadstone also announced
that the Quadstone System now has a dedicated interface to IBM's DB2
Universal Database, and enhanced ODBC connectivity.  These new
capabilities augment Quadstone's existing array of database interfaces
that includes native connections to Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and NCR
Teradata.
