Our client is one of the leading wealth management firms in the US and currently has $50 billion in assets under management. The company has made an increased commitment to being world class in data-driven marketing and has created this new analytic role to play a key leadership position across their brokerage, retirement, private client, and retail businesses. Our client's plan is to grow to over $100 billion in assets in the next 4 years. It's office is located in the mid-west (Chicago / Milwaukee) area.

The VP / Senior Director will lead a start-up team in development of the annual Customer Analysis and Targeting Plan, Segmentation Strategy, Target Marketing Modeling Development & Validation, Campaign Targeting & Back-end Analysis. This customer knowledge role will also lead in the integration of datamining and model development with traditional consumer research and insight methodologies.

Candidates will have at least a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as market research, statistics, econometrics, or operations research. At least 7 years experience with predictive, descriptive, or risk modeling is required. Also required is a minimum of 3 years experience in direct marketing application with a solid grasp of all aspects of targeting, testing, list specification, campaign tracking and performance, test and control with exposure to at least two direct channels, i.e., mail and telemarketing, and ideally interactive. A demonstrated ability to interpret and translate modeling results into implications for customer acquisition, value proposition development, and campaign management for marketers is required. Demonstrated team leadership skills in leading a customer analytic and research team that has had bottom-line impact is also critical.
