Canadian RBC Royal Bank chooses Unica for targeted marketing
Affinium cross-channel marketing automation software can run targeted
direct mail, as well as statement inserts and telemarketing
campaigns. RBC Royal Bank said it met its requirement to support
multiple platforms including IBM's DB2 and NCR's Teradata
databases. The Affinium installation took about a month, and required
no custom programming.

RBC Royal Bank is the personal and commercial banking division of RBC
Financial Group, the brand name used by the Royal Bank of Canada and
its subsidiaries.
