NEW YORK, April 24, 2002. AnVil and Genomics Collaborative will be working together on a pilot project to apply new data analysis and visualization systems to microarray data, AnVil said in a statement today.

In the project, AnVil will apply its visualization and analysis tools to GCI's DNA microarray data.

The partnership is designed to help GCI identify gene expression patterns that could suggest new drug targets for inflammatory disease, especially rheumatoid arthritis.
