Strategic Analytics has two positions available for Data Analysts to join our analytics development team.

The successful applicant will work closely with the analytics development team to analyze client data sets with SA's technology. This work involves preparing client data for analysis, customizing the application for the client, analyzing the results, and validating the forecasts.

Applicants should have experience in manipulating and analyzing data. A background in any of statistics, time series analysis, optimization, simulation, or data-mining is also valuable. Applicant should be comfortable expressing solutions in object-oriented software. All software development will be in Java. Applicant must be comfortable in Java, but need not be an expert.

Good communication skills are essential to work efficiently with clients and the development team.

Strategic Analytics creates scenario-based forecasting software for retail loan portfolios. Our proprietary technology distinguishes between the natural dynamics of the portfolio and shocks from the environment. This is a dramatically different approach from the standard credit scores and CRM systems. Our clients include Household International and several other top 10 retail lenders.
