Random Forests version 4 together with a manual for its use has been put up on the web site www.stat.berkeley.edu/users/breiman.

The advances over version 3 include repacement of missing data, weighting of classes to control prediction errors in the classes, and parallel coordinate output to trace the relation between variables and classification.
