Working in our US Human Health Division with our headquarters based decision support systems, you will provide business and analytical guidance for the development of data visualization and data mining applications utilizing headquarter data stores. Apply data mining algorithms to identify impactful patterns and develop visualization templates to convey actionable knowledge or information.

Gather business requirements from divisional management and collaborate effectively with information services. Train and support regional business group and headquarter analytic teams as needed.

Support the evaluation of new data visualization and mining tools and techniques. Establish best practices for sales force application and communicate value to stakeholders.

Advise management concerning user business needs and issues. Collaborate with information services and marketing or sales users in the development of data mining and visualization applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Management Science, Operations Research or any other quantitative related discipline; Master's Degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to apply advanced quantitative and analytical techniques using SAS and other software tools is a must.
• Knowledge of sales organizations, data and decision support systems is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the manipulation of large databases and the application of statistical algorithms to this data is desired
