Position Description:

Individual will manage a team of 3 focused on the analysis and strategy development of the following:

• Re-active Retention in operations of Card members
• Customer Behavioral Segmentation analysis and development
• Analysis and development of High Value Customer Strategies
• Development of CLI strategies to Prime / Super Prime portfolios with Credit Policy

Job Requirements:

• An advanced degree in Business, Economics, OR, Statistics or related field.
• 8+ years work experience with 2+ managing staff.
• The incumbent must be able to plan, develop, execute and analyze strategies targeted to increase revolve and spend SOW (share of wallet).
• Knowledge of segmentation techniques, program P&L development & validation, SAS and presentation to senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to use analytics to drive and measure direct marketing campaigns.
