Join Wells Fargo's Internet Services Group's Sales and Marketing team as a Marketing Database Analyst where you will assist with data mining, statistical modeling, scoring and campaign tracking. Help to build the department's modeling and mining datasets for data mining, statistical modeling, scoring, campaign tracking and research purposes. Provide actionable recommendations for customer acquisition and retention through data mining, statistical modeling and scoring/segmentation. Assist with campaign strategies, modeling data append and list procurement. Keep abreast of current and evolving data mining & modeling technologies.

4-6 yrs. developing actionable customer/prospect insight & relationship marketing, data warehousing, segmentation, customer loyalty programs, email campaigns & data mining methods. Proven track record with statistical model development in a structured and formal model development setting with 1000+ attributes (Transaction, Demographic, Credit ...) and multi million observation datasets. This includes but not limited to data extract, manipulation, analysis and presentation. Proven track record in working in Insight vs. Instinct driven marketing environments. Development & implementation of statistical response, risk conversion, profitability, approval, retention & lifetime value modeling, SAS experience required and MS in Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines. Experience in research and customer intelligence creation in Financial Services and the Internet a plus.
