T-Mobile USA has an opening for a Senior Manager experienced in the area of Customer Intelligence and Analysis. This person would be responsible for leading a small team to develop or enhance our understanding of customer value and perform related analysis, more specifically in the areas of Customer Profitability, Customer Lifetime Value, Enterprise Value, and Future Value. This team would work closely with Business Analysis and Customer Management teams to leverage this customer intelligence work to determine the viability of new product and plan rollouts, viability of customer retention campaigns, and enhance our customer profiling and segmentation capabilities. Responsibilities also include leading data mining, predictive modeling (attrition, survival), and working closely with Marketing teams to develop campaign response models & ROI analysis. This is a leadership position, one that requires setting direction and priorities in the development and enhancement of our business capabilities in the areas described above.
