T-Mobile USA has openings for key individuals in the Business Analysis and Competitive Intelligence Department. The incumbent could serve as an individual contributor or supervise a small, high caliber, team of Analysis Managers and would be responsible for a range of significant and highly visible analytical functions to enhance decision making across the enterprise. Responsibilities could include:

• Perform competitor SWOT analysis – performing deep and broad examinations of the competitive environment in the areas of products, technology and service.
• Develop and assess competitive benchmarking information
• Develop internal performance benchmarks, identify "best practice" areas of opportunity
• Assessing economic impact from proposed changes in product and service offerings
• Economic assessment of new/enhanced business opportunities
• Development and analysis of Business Performance Metrics – assess current and future economic impacts to the business
• Develop customer intelligence; develop/enhance customer profitability and customer lifetime analysis capabilities
• Perform customer, product and channel portfolio analysis
• Internal consultant on key business initiatives, assessing economic impacts of process improvements
• Work with company leadership in developing analytical priorities, create actionable information, develop practical recommendations while maintaining a strategic perspective on the business, and have the ability to communicate finding and recommendations to all levels of management within the company.

Business Analysis: Highly motivated, results oriented, Senior Manager with a strong financial analysis background; experience in the development of robust econometric models, use of applied business statistics, ability to perform optimization and sensitivity analysis. Experienced in performance benchmarking, business case development, costing analysis.
Competitive Intelligence: Highly motivated, results oriented, Senior Manager, experienced in competitive analysis and the techniques of data collection, collation, analysis and reporting. Ability to assess strategic and tactical impacts of competitor positions and actions, develop recommendations to appropriate constituents within the enterprise.
Both: Advanced analytical, communication and consultative skills. 3 – 5 years related experience. MBA required. Wireless background a plus
