Marketing Research and Database Marketing Analyst II In this senior level position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing sophisticated quantitative methods to aid in the development of marketing strategies for various fundraising initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with a strong quantitative background and 4 or more years of predictive analytic and data mining experience is required. The incumbent must possess a strong statistical background with demonstrated skills organizing, translating, and presenting complex quantitative information. The individual must have experience using Affinium Model/Model One or similar data mining software. Experience in the realm of customer relationship management (CRM) experience is also preferred. A working knowledge of statistical methods such as regression, factor analysis, neural networks, and genetic algorithms with a proven ability to build and deploy statistical models using Affinium Model/Model One (or similar modeling software) is essential. Familiarity with data mining concepts such as CRISP-DM and Master's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred (Ph.D. a plus).
