The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing foundational analytic platform to support direct Cross Selling and Up Selling strategies in the call center, on the web and extranet. The foundational analytic platform includes the analytic processes, data flows, data management, advanced analytics, user analytics, and analytic integration to improve selling effectiveness. Responsible for the blueprint and roadmap for selling analytics and the build versus buy strategies for implementation. Manage the integration of analytics with selling business processes and applications such as Siebel Call Center, Siebel Sales, and web store technology. Must coordinate with operational selling applications and initiatives such as guided selling and demand shaping. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years real-time cross selling experience. Five years of progressively responsible positions in marketing and database applications/analysis with demonstrated management experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency in the use of computer business applications utilizing advanced spreadsheets and complex relational databases, regression, cluster analysis and multi-variant statistical techniques that support data modeling, data mining, customer segmentation and customer behavior forecasting.
