Senior Analyst / Program Manager

In this integral role the person in this position develops and implements in- depth analysis for sales and marketing by analyzing customer data, performing segmentation, predictive modeling, forecasting, campaign targeting, primary research, competitive intelligence and/or secondary research and often using statistical analysis tools and techniques. The Business Intelligence Analyst is involved in all steps of the analysis process from defining business needs and planning, data collection, data preparation, data analysis, and presenting results to deployment of the project.

A key element of this role involves working with staff throughout the corporate marketing organization to ensure the effective communication and application of the research and analysis. The position must be able to work with marketing to translate hypotheses into data, and then analyze and transform results into actionable programs.

The ability to structure problems, gather and interpret data and draw conclusions is critical. This individual must be able to write business presentations and communicate ideas and findings.

Requirements

  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, marketing sciences, or business
  • Prefer experience with SPSS, Clementine, or other statistical analysis programs
  • Prefer familiarity with applying primary research methodologies, regression analysis and/or relational databases (preferably Oracle) in a business-to-business marketing environment Technical Skills and Experience Requirements
