In this position, you will manage the TRIAD system, which is a risk tool used to implement strategies that incorporates cardholder information to make decision on Line Management, Delinquency, Reissue, Overlimit and Authorization processing.

Included in managing the system, you will:

• Maintain tracking on all changes made to strategies or criteria
• Utilize TRIAD PCTMS to create/modify strategies or user defined criteria.
• Manage the implementation process.
• Ensure that all audit controls are followed.
• Serve as ME for all upgrade efforts and training requirements.
• Work with Fair Issac and/or TSYS to resolve related issues.
• Act as the Fraud Liaison, serving as a complement to the efforts within Fraud operations as it relates to authorization or payment process.
• Develop credit criteria through analysis to improve strategies for payment and authorizations.
• Develop MIS to monitor performance of changes made to any unit related criteria.
• MIS should include tracking of actual results and financial impact.
• Manage assigned projects by working with areas such as Data Management, Marketing, Audit, Policy and Compliance to ensure error free implementation.

The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience of credit card industry or other financial services with strong analytical ability. Degree in statistics, finance, economics, business or math is preferred. MUST be familiar with an Adaptive Control system. Excellent computer skills. Must possess good presentation and communication skills.
