Key Role:

Serve as a lead analyst in consulting engagements that apply to data mining, BPR, and strategy approaches. Provide expertise on analyses of customer segments and drivers of behavior, process improvement, and performance measure development. Lead data mining analysis, design, and implementation. Develop and nurture client relationships. Apply statistical analysis and performance modeling expertise.

Functional/Industry Knowledge:

• 6+ years of experience with data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analyses
• Experience with business intelligence, BPR, and performance analysis
• Experience with government or commercial consulting preferred
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

BA or BS degree in a related field required; MA or MS degree preferred
