We are currently searching for a Manager of Data Mining and Modeling for our Strategy Department. This position is responsible for improving operational performance through analysis of data mining, designing organizational approaches to predictive analytics, providing recommendations for improving the performance of predictive models, and for the management of staff. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarter in Omaha, NE.

Manager of Data Mining and Modeling Responsibilities Include:

• Setting organizational strategies for data mining and predictive analytics
• Monitoring, verifying and performing statistical analysis
• Tracking and prioritizing projects through coordination with clients
• Coordinating with operations management and operations research teams to define and conduct data analysis projects
• Managing Statistical Analysts

• Minimum of 5 years previous management experience
• Masters degree in statistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production work, quality control, or statistical process control
• Demonstrated ability to translate data mining and predictive analytics into business results
• Proficiency in the SAS environment is required
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required
