Job Description:

As Statistical Analyst, you will be a member of the six-person team responsible for continuously improving the accuracy and precision of our behavioral targeting. Your colleagues have advanced degrees from institutions such as Harvard, Stanford and University of Chicago. Working closely with the technology, operations and business groups, your job is to build out scalable solutions which push the industry forwards and exceed our clients' expectations. Your role will blend model building and research into new techniques. NextAction operates on a cross-functional team model, and you will interface closely with everyone from sales reps to operations staff.

Responsibilities will include:

• Running a wide variety of custom modeling solutions within NextAction's production system.
• Integrating custom modeling solutions into our automated production process.
• Developing analytical reports with accurate, easy to read information.
• Assisting in research projects
• Working closely with sales, production, and statisticians to improve modeling performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with very large data sets
• Expertise in communicating complex concepts in a simple way
• Strong SAS and database skills
• Degree in an applied quantitative discipline and superlative analytical skills
• An entrepreneurial outlook
• Experience in consumer marketing analytics and applications ideal
