Job Description:
As VP, R&D you will lead the six-person team responsible for continuously improving the accuracy and precision of our behavioral targeting. Your colleagues have advanced degrees from institutions such as Harvard, Stanford and University of Chicago. Working closely with the technology, operations and business groups, your job is to build out scalable solutions which push the industry forwards and exceed our clients' expectations. While research is an important component of the role, your success will be entirely based upon your ability to deliver solutions.

A "player/coach" ethos is critical - you will be rolling up your sleeves on a daily basis. You will work closely with everyone from junior sales reps to NextAction's CEO, and will enjoy frequent client interaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of leadership of a high-performance quantitative team
• Experience with very large data sets in a consumer marketing environment
• Expertise in communicating complex concepts in a simple way
• Strong SAS skills required and database skills highly desirable
• Advanced degree in an applied quantitative discipline and superlative analytical skills
• An entrepreneurial outlook
